Commitment
The most significant factor in successful therapy is you the client—a client motivated, engaged and committed to the therapy process will thrive.

What to Look for in a Psychotherapist?

Choose a therapist who will help you identify and build on your strengths.
It’s essential to find a therapist that you like and one that you feel respects you. The quality of the therapeutic relationship early in therapy will be a strong indicator of the eventual therapeutic outcome. Don’t tolerate an unhelpful relationship.
